This city is full of whimsical, emotional, and playful artwork. I especially enjoyed the metal sculptures scattered around the old city. Here are a few of my favorites:

What interesting and beautiful sculptures It looks like an amazing city but maybe they don't like pooches?

I don't know why there weren't many dogs. Maybe it's too hot? In fact, there weren't many dogs or cats in the city. We saw one stray sleeping in Bolivar Plaza and then one little girl (maybe 4 or 5 years old) was walking a tiny short-haired mutt on a tiny leash (it was pretty cute).
