Today's challenge: pack 1 backpack each for 8 months of travel. This is particularly difficult because we need to prepare for weather ranging from 30F to 95F and diverse destinations including mountains, beaches, safari and cosmopolitan cities. While Chris packed for this trip in about 10 minutes (it's so much easier for guys!) I have been thinking about it for a while and still have a lot to do. In fact, we leave in less than 3 days and I still need to do some shopping. Wish me luck!
