I Would Skip...
Standard Tourist Bospherous Cruise. A private guided tour would probably have been better.
Fethiye & Calis Beach: Too hot & crowded. We preferred Kas to Fethiye.

Tips
Ladies may be more comfortable wearing long skirts (below the knee) in Istanbul and Cappdocia. Men tend to stare at women in short skirts or shorts. Bring a scarf if you plan to visit mosques.
We were advised not to drink the water so make sure you always have a bottle of water in tow.
If you decide to drive here is some advice:
1) People drive like crazy and are not patient. Avoid driving in Istanbul as this was intimidating, even for Chris.
2) Watch out for farm equipment, tractors and bicycles in the road.
3) The speed limit is 90km/h on a 2 lane road, 110 km/h on a divided one, 50 km/h in cities villages etc. These may or may not be posted, people may or may not abide but checks are frequent.
4) Look BOTH ways when a light turns green because there usually are a few cars that run through the red light.
5) People don't usually stop at stop signs so be careful.
6) Go slowly on mountain roads as many people speed down the road. Since the roads are narrow you'll want to have time to avoid oncoming cars.
7) Sometimes two lane roads in one direction will quickly change to one lane roads going in both directions. This changes with little to no warning - you'll just see an oncoming car in your lane! A good practice is to stay in the right lane unless you need to pass.
