Tips
-Men, purchase a traditional guayabera shirt upon arrival to stay cool. No undershirt required. Wear anywhere, anytime.
-Ladies, wear flats in Old San Juan. Bright colors encouraged.
-Watch out for gringo scams. If a disheveled person (typically white male) comes up to you in distress asking for money because he was mugged by gang of Puerto Ricans - don't fall for it. It's a typical tourist scam in Old San Juan and Isla Verde.
